Store Policies Don't want to use Credit Card Online or want to Pay By Check?. Download Mail-In Order Form Now You agree to and become bound by our store policies when your make a purchase. A statement to this effect is made during the checkout process. SPECIAL HOLIDAY NOTICE: Please be aware that during the holiday season it is normal for some delays to occur and for order process times to be longer than the stated guidelines on item description pages. We work very hard to make sure that all orders are delivered by Christmas and/or as soon as possible. We however do see some items run out of stock and go on backorder wihtout notice. Please read our stated shipping times very carefully and understand that all items not marked 3-5 days are special order items and can sometimes be delayed this time of year. If you have a must have date for an item, we recommend you call or email us to confirm availability BEFORE you order. We DO NOT cancel special order items because they take longer than you expected or because you changed your mind. Credit Card/PayPal Charges: Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at time of purchase. No exceptions. Order Processing Times: Our website shows approximate order processing times on each item's description page. The yellow icons shown describe as a guide the amount of time your order will take for processing in business days + shipping time. This is but a guide, not a promise to deliver in a specified timeframe. If you have a specific date you need an item by we recommend you call or email us ahead of time to verify item availability. All orders are shipped once. If you have an order with multiple items with varying order processing times, instock or special order, all items will be held and shipped at one time. If you want a split shipment of in-stock (3-5 day marked items) and special order (10-14 day or more marked items), please place separate orders. Shipping We primarily use USPS First Class and Priority Mail for most shipments. This is our standard method and thus you should provide a valid mailing address serviceable by the US Postal Service for all orders. P.O.Boxes are OK. We do however use a variety of shipping methods and reserve the right to use the least expensive method regardless of shipping and handling charges associated with your order. All orders are shipped once. If you have an order with multiple items with varying order processing times, instock or special order, all items will be held and shipped at one time. International shipments are made via USPS Global Priority Mail. It is your responsibility to claim and pay whatever fees your country assesses for your purchase. If package is unclaimed and returned, you will not be refunded shipping charges and your refund if any will be assessed cancellation fees of 15% Special Order and Back-Ordered Items All items in our store marked as 10-14 days or more are Special Order Items. This means that your item will be ordered from our supplier upon your order being processed. Please be aware that we do not allow cancellations on backordered or special order items regardless of the time the item may take to arrive. At times, special order items can go into backorder status which means that we are waiting for the supplier to ship the item. Please understand we have no control over the wait times of our suppliers and do not take any responsibility for the backorder timeframes. Returns and Cancellations Unless your item(s) are damaged or defective ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not generally allow returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or you did not adequately read the item description. Most items are warranted by the manufacturer and we honor those warranties. We to accept returns in some cases where special circumstances may apply. In this case return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a 15% restock or cancellation fee will apply. Original shipping charges are NOT refundable in any case if order was shipped. Always contact us prior to attempting to return an item to get a return authorization. Any items returned or refused without an authorization will be refused at our shipping department. Customer Service Our daily business hours are Monday - Thursday 9am to 4pm Mountain Standard Time. All customer service matters should be addressed via email at sales@steedshop.com. All customer service inquiries made my telephone will be answered via email. Gift Cards We offer Gift Cards as a method of giving others an amount of money to spend in our store. All gift cards have a face value and there are no fees. We do expire all un-used gift cards after a period of 12 months, but will renew their expiration date at customer's request. This is a security precaution. Agreement Of Contract You agree to our store policies when your purchase is made. Agreement to these policies binds you to any cancellation fees or other fees outlined in these policies. We do not accept any amendments to our policies by the customer. Credit Card Chargebacks / PayPal Disputes In the case of a dispute, please be aware that we recommend all matters be negotiated between customer and client. If the customer opens a dispute with their credit card company this will automatically cancel your order and you will be liable for a 15% cancellation fee + a $20 chargeback penalty. These fees are agreed to and you are bound to them at checkout. We do utilize collection and legal counsel to pursue fees and debts due.
