Payment: Payment on all website orders shall be made by credit card, check or money order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal Secured Services. Checks and Money Orders are accepted by mail accompanied by our PDF mail-in order form. You will safely enter your entire credit card number via the secure website server, which encrypts all submitted information. Your credit card will be charged upon order placement. Unless otherwise notified, your order will ship without further confirmation. If for some reason an item cannot be shipped, a refund for the item and its associated shipping fees will be processed within 7-10 days and you will be emailed a confirmation of such.

Shipping and Delivery - Orders of in-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours on business days. Please see explanation of shipping times for your item(s) below. All items in orders are shipped at the same time. If you desire split shipment for items with varying order processing times we recommend you place them in separate orders. If items are back-ordered for more than 2-weeks beyond the suggest order processing time on the item's description page you will be notified by email address provided on your order. You can also use your Confirmation Number on our Customer Service Page to see the status of your order. Some items will ship directly from manufacturer.

Shipping and Handling Charges: Standard shipping via USPS First Class or USPS Priroity. UPS Ground may be used on larger heavier parcels where shipping is less. A portion of all charges is considered for packaging and handling labor.

International Orders and Shipments: We currently have shipping rates set up for shipment to Australia, Belgium, Canada,Denmark, UAE, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated once you enter your address and credit card information at checkout. You will have the option of canceling or completing the order once shipping rates are shown and your card is charged.

For other countries not listed above you must contact us prior to placing an order to get a shipping quote. If you place an order prior to getting a verified shipping quote, your order will be held until we can estimate and gain additional shipping funds. For most foreign shipments we typically use USPS Global Priority which is average 6-8 days delivery time + customs clearance time.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed shipments outside the borders of the United States. Customs services, brokers, and private delivery services in foreign countries are not within our control or responsibility. If you would like to obtain additional insurance on a foreign order, contact us prior to placing your order at 480-626-1289. 9-5 Mon-Fri MST

Due to unenforceable trade, security, and credit card fraud issues we elect not to honor online orders for some countries and regions. We will accept most foreign orders pre-paid by International Money Order provided that full quoted shipping fees, complete contact and shipping information is provided. Please note that, we cannot guarantee shipment in certain countries or regions and we reserve the right to refuse orders from certain countries or regions without cause. PLEASE NOTE: We declare full purchase value for customs on foreign orders - NO EXCEPTIONS It is a Federal Crime for us to falsify customs documentation by providing lower declared values in order lower a buyer's applicable customs fees and taxes. All applicable customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

APO/FPO Shipping Addresses:
We are sorry but in most cases we cannot ship to APO and FPO addresses. If such an address is provided as a shipping address we will default to the billing address provided. If no deliverable address is provided the order will be canceled and the funds returned.

Alternate Shipping Addresses:
We allow an alternate shipping address for items shipped within the United States provided a verifyable billing address is provided. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided which is deemed to be undeliverable we will default to the billing address provided. No exceptions. Be sure your shipping address is correct and complete.

About Shipping and Order Processing Times:

This symbol means items are immediately in stock and will leave our offices in 24-48 hours depending on weekend or holidays. All purchases are charged when you place an order.

This symbol means that the item is either: 1) incoming to us or, 2) we must request the item from our distributor or, 3) the items will ship via UPS Ground or truck freight due to size or weight. In this case we ask that you allow up to 2-3 weeks for order processing and also add 5-7 business days for shipping on average. This is NOT a promise to deliver in this amount of time, but an approximation only. If an item is back-ordered it can take longer. We want to under-promise and over-deliver! Items marked 2-3 weeks are considered special order and fall into our policies for such. All purchases are charged when you place an order

This symbol means items are special order or are on back-order. We ask you to allow at minimum 4-6 weeks for order processing. This is an approximate time-frame and not a promise of delivery time as sometimes items may run longer for reasons out of our control. It could be sooner, but we prefer to under promise and over-deliver. Add typical delivery time to processing period. Items marked 4-6 weeks are considered special order and fall into our policies for such. All purchases are charged when you place an order. Call us if you have a specific time-frame you need an item for.

This symbol means that the item is not yet released from the manufacturer and we are taking pre-orders for the item. The approximate arrival date is usually stated in the item listing. Please understand that these are approximate time frames and we have no control over manufacturers and pre-order items can sometimes take well longer than what might be stated in listing.  Items marked "Pre-Order" are considered special order and fall into our policies for such. All purchases are charged when you place an order. Call us if you have a specific time-frame you need an item for. We do not allow cancellations on pre-order items. All orders are charged to your card when they are placed.

Terms of Agreement:
The agreement between Purchaser and Steed Publications shall consist of these Terms and Conditions and any specifications, or other written terms and conditions which are specifically incorporated in the Agreement. Any purchase order, acknowledgment of order by any means or other instrument of acceptance of the goods and services provided hereunder by Purchaser, shall be construed as an acceptance of this Agreement. Steed Publications hereby objects to any different or additional terms and conditions of Purchaser.

Time of Delivery:
Representations of delivery of products or services are given as accurately as conditions permit and every effort will be made to make deliveries as scheduled. All shipping dates are based on receipt of firm orders with complete information contained therein. Steed Publications assumes no liability for damages arising out of failure to deliver material or services as scheduled within expected or represented timeframes. If shopping for an event or hard date, we recommend you plan your order early and inquire of "in-stock" status prior to placing your order.

Failure to Deliver:
Steed Publications shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery services or products for any reason. This policy especially applies to International Shipments, see that section above. In all cases we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft, damages, misplacement, or mis-delivery once we have a confirmation of delivery from one of the aforementioned services.

We cannot possibly control the variables that exist at your delivery location from theft, weather, roaming animals, and the like. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and a secure and safe delivery location. Further, we cannot be responsible for delivery errors on the part of the aforementioned services. Items shipped are NOT typically insured for loss or damage. If you want item insured for loss or damage during delivery, contact us prior to placing your order.

Limitation of Liability:
The liability of Steed Publications, its agents, employees, subcontractors and suppliers with respect to any and all claims arising out of the performance or non-performance of Steed Publications obligations in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, storage, installation and/or use of the products sold under the Agreement, or the rendition of services hereunder, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the net purchase price (excluding taxes and freight) for such products or services only. This limitation of liability section shall prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent provision contained in any of the documents comprising this Agreement.

Trademark Notice:
All trademarks displayed on this site are subject to the U.S. trademark rights of applicable manufacturers in the US and other jurisdictions, or are used under agreement in the US. These trademarks include, but are not limited to, product brand names (e.g., Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Jaguar, Motorcraft), vehicle model names (e.g., Mustang, ), and logos and emblems. The unauthorized use of any trademark displayed on this site is strictly prohibited.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, & Refunds:
If you wish to return an item, we do allow returns or exchanges for certain items that meet specific conditions, requirements and governed by the policies listed below.

1) Defective, incorrect or damaged merchandise: If the merchandise is found to be defective from the manufacturer, we shipped the wrong item(s), or item(s) are damaged in shipping we may offer a variety of remedies including replacing item if still available and/or offering full refund where applicable. Where shipping damage or items defects, you may be required to show proof of damage/defect claim via electronically transmitted digital photography or other means up to and including return of item at your expense prior to any remedies being given. Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise must be reported within five (5) days of receiving it (not three weeks later after Johnny opens it at Christmas time). In all cases, please call us to discuss how to handle a damaged or defective item prior to any other actions.

Please note specific policies listed below regarding packaging, die-cast cars, and other certain products prior to considering items damaged or defective.

2) Changed mind, wrong size, made mistake, other reason: We do allow the return or exchange of some regular “in-stock” items that you find sizing issues with, ordered the wrong item or simply wish to return for other reasons with the following guidelines:

a) Buyer responsible for return shipping and any damage, losses, theft taking place in that process.
b) Item must not have been worn, washed, used, installed, etc.
c) Original packaging must accompany item (if applicable)
d) Original shipping charges not refundable
e) 15% restock fee on all non-damaged, non-defective, correctly shipped return items.
f) In-store credit is default remedy for all returns. Refunds can be granted by request, $5.00 service charge deducted from all refunds.
g) Some items such as special order merchandise and collector & antique items may NOT be returned. See special order, collectible, and antique items clause.
h) All returns or exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of customer's original order receiving date.
i) Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent prior to any refunds-credits.
j) Failure in any of these conditions will void refund or may result in additional charges.

3) Special order, collectible, and antique items: In most cases, items that are special order are NOT eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless they are damaged in shipment or materially defective. This includes non-stocked special order apparel items that have sizing issues. If you have concerns about this please contact us and ask questions prior to ordering. Items marked with "2-3 Weeks", "4-6 Weeks", "PreOrder" or are otherwise stated are considered "Special Order" items.

4) Prior Return Authorization Required: If you wish to return part of your order and it meets our return qualifications you must contact us via telephone at 480-626-1289 or via email at sales@steedshop.com to get a return authorization number. This number must be written on the outside of your package and on any notations you include. Any items/orders we receive without a return authorization number WILL BE REFUSED and returned to sender - no exceptions.

5) Order Cancellations: All sales are final. If you want to cancel an order prior to shipment, we however may be able to accommodate in some circumstances. Some special order items as defined above may not be canceled or may be subject to a 15% re-stock fee where we have ordered items for you already and then have to put them into stock due to a cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once a full or partial shipment has been made. In-store credit is default remedy for all cancellations. Refunds can be granted by request, $5.00 service charge deducted from all refunds.

6) Exchanges: Exchanges are handled by closing out a current order and creating a new one as new shipping charges required. Your prior item(s) must be returned prior to any credits or refunds per policies listed above. A new order can be placed concurrently or afterward, your choice.

7) Refunds & In-Store Credits: All customers returning items not damaged, defective, or part of an incorrect shipment will be granted an in-store credit for their returns. Where a refund is desired in lieu of an in-store credit, a $5.00 service charge will be levied. Where a refund is due, please allow 7-10 days for credit card or PayPal funds to show in your accounts. Payments made by check or money order will be refunded by check within 30 days. Fees and charges may apply to some refunds as outlined above.

Diecast Cars and Collectible Product Warranty Policy:
Due to varied manufacturing tolerances, procedures, irregularities and other conditions, diecast cars and other items deemed as "collectibles" are not warrantied for minor imperfections not caused by shipping damage. Because everyone has a different threshold of perfection in collecting, we assert that certain types of defects and imperfections are considered "normal" and will not be warrantied. These may include paint irregularities, imperfections in plastic parts, imperfect fit and finish, detail inconsistencies in specifications or authenticity to actual car, packaging inconsistencies in specification or appearance, glue or color inconsistencies, or other minor manufacturing blemishes. Diecast cars and collectibles may be refunded or exchanged in some circumstances depending on the situation, but may be subject to a 25% restock fee and shipping may not be refundable or reimbursed. Some products or items deemed as "Collectibles" may be antique, used, or previously displayed items that are not warrantied whatsoever. If you have questions about a particular item and its perfection, please call before ordering.

Packaging & Gift Boxes:
We do not guarantee the integrity of the packaging, or "the box" on our die-cast cars, and other items that come in gift boxes or display boxes. Die-cast cars, watches, cologne and other products come from many manufacturers and suppliers who don't always make an effort to assure that the packaging or display box that the item comes in is in perfect order or has perfect specification accuracy when we receive it. So, understand that we do guarantee the product for material or manufacturing defects but do not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee that the packaging will be perfect or accurate. Thus, there are no returns or exchanges because the box it comes it may be imperfect or damaged in some way.

Promotional FREE Gift Items:
All FREE Gift promotion items are subject to stock on hand and are considered an "At Will" item. Items are available while supplies last. Colors and variety of item(s) may be at random, We cannot guarantee a certain color or size. We reserve the right to substitute other items at equal or similar value, terminate promotion, whenever required due to changing promotions, stock on hand, or other stipulations.

Gift Cards Policies and Procedures:
SteedShop.com Gift Cards are issued in amounts of $25, $50, and $100 increments. Gift Card is issued with unique promotion code that can be used for on-line or telephone orders. Gift Cards can only be used once regardless of purchase amount, no balances can be carried. SteedShop.com takes no responsibility for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, used improperly, or expired. Gift Cards are NOT REFUNDABLE or transferable for cash. Gift Card cannot be used in addition to other promotions. Gift Card may not be able to cover certain shipping and handling charges for some items. User of Gift Card for on-line purchase will be required to have valid payment ability via credit card, check, money order, or PayPal Account. Unique promotion code will be printed clearly on each Gift Card. Gift Cards are mailed via First Class Mail so allow proper time for shipping.

NOTE: For security reasons, gift cards have an expiration date clearly posted on face of card. This date is typically 365 days from issue date. However, if for some reason a gift card expires before use, you may contact us within 30 days after expiration to request a 365 day extension. In no way do our gift cards lose their value over time or become subject to additional fees. We enacted this policy to protect the recipient of the card while also complying with various state laws.

Credit Card Chargebacks:
Where a dispute may erupt, it is best for all parties to work with each other to come to terms. You agree to our policies when you make a purchase whether you take the time to read and understand them first or not. Per the Terms of Agreement above, and the affirmation statement on our checkout page prior to completing your order, you are bound to these policies when a transaction is made. If for some reason you choose to utilize a credit card company charge-back over a dispute, you are still bound by these policies regardless of how the matter is settled by the credit card company. If you are granted a full refund in a dispute where restock fees and shipping and handling fees are not refundable, or you did not return items in resalable condition, we may seek to remedy the matter through collection agencies or through legal action. In this case we reserve the right to asses collection fees and charge interest on the outstanding debt as described: Minimum $35 collection charge or 20% of disputed amount whichever is more + $5.00 per month late charge starting 30 days from first notice or 2% of disputed amount whichever is more. Additional legal and court fees may apply if matter must be pursued with counsel.
